    Because we are selling consumable items, we cannot accept returns.
  • Can I pause my subscription?
    Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@bigislandorganics.net Whenever you're ready to reactivate the subscription again, just let us know via email and your renewals will resume as usual.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    To cancel, please email us at info@bigislandorganics.net and we will be more than happy to assist you. Once cancelled, your order will not renew again and will not be eligible for reactivation.
  • Can I make changes to my subscription item?
    We are happy to accommodate flavor changes as long as the items are in the the same size bottle. We can also adjust full cases to mixed cases. Please email us at info@bigislandorganics.net for assistance.
  • Will my renewal price ever change?
    Once your order is placed, prices are guaranteed for a full year from the date of subscription. After one year, our prices are subject to change.
